1. Services

Aquanox Pro Services provides:

  • Website design and development

  • Website hosting and maintenance

  • Google Business Profile setup and optimisation

  • Reputation management systems

  • Automation systems including missed-call text-back

  • AI chatbot and digital assistant integration

  • Digital marketing services

Services are delivered based on agreed scope.

2. Free Website Offer

Where a free website is provided:

  • No setup fee applies

  • Client pays ongoing hosting and maintenance fees

  • Website remains property of Aquanox Pro Services until hosting is maintained

  • If hosting is cancelled, website may be suspended or removed

3. Hosting & Maintenance

  • Hosting fees are payable monthly unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in suspension

  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Supply required materials (logos, photos, text)

  • Ensure they have rights to all content provided

  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations

5. Google Business Profile Services

We are not affiliated with Google.
We provide optimisation services only.

We cannot guarantee rankings, map pack position, or review volume as these are controlled by Google algorithms.

6. Reviews & Reputation Management

Clients are responsible for ensuring review requests comply with platform policies.

We do not generate fake reviews.

7. AI & Automation Tools

Where AI chatbots or automation tools are installed:

  • Clients remain responsible for business decisions

  • AI tools assist but do not replace professional judgement

  • We are not liable for missed leads due to external service outages

8. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are due as agreed in invoice

  • Hosting and subscription services are non-refundable once active

  • Project-based services may be refundable only before work begins

9. Limitation of Liability

Aquanox Pro Services shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Third-party service failures

  • Search engine algorithm changes

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services within the previous 3 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Outstanding invoices remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
